Davis Park is located on Fire Island which is an island off the Southern Coast of Long
Island, New York (about 40 to 50 miles East of New York City). Davis Park can only be
accessed by boat or by off-road 4-wheel drive vehicles with a Fire Island National
Seashore (FINS) permit. If you own a boat you can dock it at Davis Park. However, the
easiest way to get to Davis Park is via the Davis Park Ferry which operates out of
Patchogue, NY. Once you arrive at Davis Park, review the directions
at the bottom of this page which detail how to find the 4-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Beach House.

To get to the Patchogue Davis Park Ferry Terminal you can drive or take a train (the
Long Island RailRoad).
FROM NEW YORK CITY AND POINTS WEST:
1. By Train: Take Amtrak or any other form of transportation to Penn Station, New York
City. When you arrive at Penn Station walk downstairs to the Long Island RailRoad and
take it to Patchogue, Long Island. When you arrive at the Patchogue Station walk
across the street, or take a cab, to Cedar heading South. Almost at the end of Cedar
you will see a green sign for the Davis Park Ferry. Make that right and it will take you to
the Davis Park Ferry parking lot and terminal.
2. By Car: Take the Mid-Town tunnel to the Long Island Expressway (I495) heading
East. Get off at Exit 63 (North Ocean Ave.) and head South several miles to
Patchogue. When you enter the main town of Patchogue continue South over the rail
road tracks and make the very next right turn at the traffic light onto Division Street.
Make the first left turn onto Cedar heading South. Almost at the end of Cedar you will
see a green sign for the Davis Park Ferry. Make that right and it will take you to the
Davis Park Ferry parking lot and terminal.
FROM MONTAUK AND POINTS EAST:
1. By Train: Take the Montauk line LIRR to Patchogue, Long Island. When you arrive at
the Patchogue Station walk across the street, or take a cab, to Cedar heading South.
Almost at the end of Cedar you will see a green sign for the Davis Park Ferry. Make
that right and it will take you to the Davis Park Ferry parking lot and terminal.
2. By Car: Take the LIE West. Get off at Exit 63 (North Ocean Ave.) and head South
several miles to Patchogue. When you enter the main town of Patchogue continue
South over the rail road tracks and make the very next right turn at the traffic light onto
Division Street. Make the first left turn onto Cedar heading South. Almost at the end of
Cedar you will see a green sign for the Davis Park Ferry. Make that right and it will take
you to the Davis Park Ferry parking lot and terminal.
Directions To The Beach House Once You Arrive At Davis Park:
Once you arrive at Davis Park (by Ferry or by your own boat) walk South on the main boardwalk that
runs from the Bay to the Ocean passed the Fire Department, Post Office, and local Police Department.
Once you pass the Fire Department, Post Office, and local Police Department you will come to
another main boardwalk that runs East and West. You will also see the Casino Restuarant and Bar
to your left. Make a right turn onto this main boardwalk walking West. Now walking West, the
first boardwalk running South and North that you come to is called East Walk. Make a left
onto East Walk walking South to the Ocean. The last house on the left which is right on the beach
is the rental house (1 East Walk).
